At BaseBallCardsClassifieds.com we want you to feel like you're at a local card shop. This is a place that you can buy or sell cards to other card collectors that love the hobby like you do.

To make it personal we do not use userids. All sellers names and contact information is available right with the card. We understand that you need to know about the person you are buying from so we have a feedback system to help protect you. This site has been designed as an easy and cost effective way to sell cards. Dealers that do not have a website or are looking for more exposure on the Internet can quickly setup shop here. Collectors are also welcome to sell your cards to the dealers on the site or other hobbyists that visit. If you feel that you have an idea that may better our site, by all means please contact us. GUIDELINES FOR POSTING AN ADVERTISEMENT

1. BaseBallCardsClassified.com website is a classified type website - Participants create a profile to be able to post an advertisement and pay for the advertisement. Since this in not a membership website, BaseBallCardsClassified.com offers nor implies any rights that would accompany a membership type website.

2. Payment Disputes – EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website is not responsible for and will not be involved in any disputes between any advertisers, buyers, or sellers.

3. EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website may, in its sole discretion, refuse to post any content or photo you submit on the website. It may also delete material deemed inappropriate. All advertiser advertisements are subject to approval by EnjoyIt USA.

4. Copyright and Trademarks - You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of BaseBallCardsClassified.com.

5. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

6. Limitation of Liability - EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website shall not have any liability for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, and whether arising in tort (including negligence), product liability, contract or otherwise, arising as a result of:

b. Your use of the website, content, services or any private or public gallery; or unavailability, inaccuracy, loss or deletion of the website, content, services or any private or public gallery (including without limitation, loss of profits, business interruption, inability to use the website, content, services or any private or public gallery, data loss, computer failure or malfunction, or any other pecuniary loss), even if you have notified EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website in advance of the possibility of such damage.

7. Cancellation - EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.comwebsite reserves the right to remove your profile at any time for any reason whatsoever.

8. Postings will be available for 90 days. It is our prerogative to keep postings longer then 90 days.

9. Right to Change Terms - EnjoyIt USA the owner of the BaseBallCardsClassified.com website reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time.
